Problem 1.17: the answer at the end of the book is misprinted
as 5.64 V. The correct answer is 5.64 mV.

Chapter 2:

Problem 2.107: the answer at the end of the book is misprinted
as 4.54 mV. The correct answer is 454 mV.

Chapter 4:
----------

Table 4.1, p. 262: final equation for PMOS in saturation: 
   I_D = 1/2*u_p*C_ox*W/L(V_SG - |V_t|^2) should be 
   I_D = 1/2*u_p*C_ox*W/L(V_SG - |V_t|)^2

Problem 4.46 b) current is 4.6uA, not 4.8uA

Chapter 5:

Problem 5.1 (case 8): The base voltage should be 0V, not 5V, and the 
  transistor is in cut-off.
