Abstract

This talk will give an overview of some of the algorithms used in logic synthesis. In addition to going over many of the basic algorithms, I will cover some techniques developed by Altera such as restructuring bus-muxes and post-processors. The talk will conclude by posing several challenging problems that we have not seen addressed in the literature.
