A: Toll-free and long-distance calls can be made via the 4185 extension. However
          a) Make long distance calls ONLY for research sake.
          b) Log every long distance call using
                        /kphang/a/a0/kphang/bin/phonelog

A: The command to print is "lpr -Plj104" or "lpr -Plj104dup" if you want to print on both sides of the page. Set the default printer to "lj104" in your .cshrc file.
