• At least one author of an accepted paper must register at the full rate (USD$450). The student discount cannot be applied to meet the registration requirement for accepted papers.
• * An author with multiple papers appearing in the conference and/or workshop proceedings must pay an additional publication fee for each additional paper by checking this box. This fee covers the cost of including the additional papers in the proceedings in lieu of additional registration charges. Please submit one form for each additional paper, plus one form for a regular registration with the first paper.
• ** Papers are limited to eight (8) pages in the proceedings. However, you are allowed to purchase up to two (2) additional pages for a total of ten (10) pages per paper.
• *** The publisher, IEEE CS Press, charges this scanning fee for any papers not submitted electronically.
