Research Papers

Please note that abstracts for research papers are due one week prior to the actual research paper submission deadline. Abstracts are to be submitted via the online submission system at http://msrcmt.research.microsoft.com/ACM2004/.

Research papers are to be submitted electronically via the online submission system (link to be posted here.) Through this form, you will be requested to upload the file of your paper (in PDF) to the conference server. Please avoid bitmaps!

Papers must not exceed 20 pages, including abstract, all figures, all tables, and references. Papers should include a short abstract and up to 6 keywords. Please also fill in the appropriate information in the online form.

Submitted papers should follow the formating instructions of the Springer-Verlag LNCS Style (please check the Information for Authors page at Springer-Verlag for style and formatting guidelines).

Submitted papers may not be submitted for conference publication, journal publication, or be under review for any other conference or journal. For any questions regarding this matter, please contact the program chair.

Work-in-Progress Papers (WiP Papers)

A small number of WiP papers will be accepted for presentation at the conference. The submission deadline and submission procedure for WiP papers is exactly the same as for research papers. However, WiP papers must follow the below formatting and style instructions and must clearly indicate their WiP character.

WiP papers should describe visionary research projects or interesting and daring case studies involving middleware technology according to the scope of this conference.

Accepted WiP papers will be published in IEEE DSOnline. WiP paper submissions should not be longer than 6 pages and should be formatted according to the IEEE DSOnline formatting instructions.

WiP papers are to be submitted electronically via the online submission system (link to be posted here). Through this form, you will be requested to upload the file of your paper in PDF to the conference server.
