Welcome! I am a professor with the Electronics Group in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Toronto. My current research interests are in high-speed signaling for chip-to-chip communications and hardware annealing for accelerated optimization. I am also interested in the design of random-access memory circuits (such as SRAM, DRAM, FeRAM, and MRAM), and Content-Addressable Memories (CAM).
