The recommended length of the paper is six pages (but a maximum of eight pages will be allowed). Send PostScript of the paper to me through email at brown@eecg.toronto.edu, or else send a hardcopy by Fedex to:

Paper presentations will be 15 minutes long, plus 5 minutes for Q&A (to a total of 20 minutes each). Presentations should be on transparencies using an overhead projector (no 35mm slides please).

Posters should fit on a 30" by 40" foam board which will be provided at the workshop. Either tacks or putty (both provided at the workshop) may be used to stick your sheets onto the poster boards.

Authors presenting in the lecture format should also present their work on a poster (in addition to giving their talk): bring a copy of your slides on paper and attach them to a poster.

FPD-96 Final Paper Instructions

Final copies of papers are due by April 15. To appear in the workshop proceedings, papers must be RECEIVED by this date. Papers should be in standard IEEE/ACM 2-column format, minimum point size 10, maximum of eight pages (six pages is recommended) in length. Margins should be .75" top, left, and right, and 1" bottom. Do not number the pages.
