Typical software algorithms are inadequate for high speed, real time
analysis of three dimensional visual scenes. The FastTrack project is
a hardware based integrated vision system that attempts to achieve
real time (up to 200fps) performance for stereo tracking tasks. This demonstration will show the individual components of the FastTrack hardware system in operation. Stereo image acquisition, rectification, and subsequent stereo correspondence hardware will be individually displayed in operation and details about the integrated system provided for discussion. |
