Access Cards and Keys

Grad labs are not open to general access. You will need to get authorization to enter these labs. This requires either getting a key card, access codes, or a physical key.

Phisical keys for room or building access are generally obtained from Chen whose office is in the basement of Sandford Flemming. You need to obtain a form from Chen which is to be filled out and signed by your supervisor. After signing the form, return it to Chen with a $15.00 deposit and he will give you a key.

Bahen access is obtained by getting forms from the admin office on the 5th floor. Again to be signed by your professor. After signed, return it to the office where a few days later your U of T ID card should be able to access the building.
