The rest of this page is ancient and boring ... but here are some pointers which might be usefull.

Hi I am a Ph.D candidate at the University of Toronto. My info:

  1. My supervisor is Michael Stumm,
  2. My area of study within Computer Science is Systems software, specifically Shared-Memory Multiprocessor Operating Systems Research.
  3. The current research project I am involved with is K42.

Relevant links:

  1. Clustered Objects My PhD thesis and associated slides
  2. "Clustered Objects: Initial Design, Implementation and Evaluation". My Master's thesis.
  3. Ben . See his Doctoral thesis Tornado: Maximizing Locality and Concurrency in a Shared-Memory MultiProcessor Operating System for a overview of the foundations of our work.
  4. K42 Project
  5. Tornado Project (getting a little out of date)
  6. "Tornado: Maximizing Locality and Concurrency in a Shared Memory Multiprocessor Operating System". This needs to be moved to the Tornado page but for the moment here it is.
