Khoman Phang

Welcome. I am a member of the Electronics Group in the Edward S. Rogers Sr. Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Toronto. I teach and conduct research in the area of analog integrated circuits with applications in both optical and wireline communications and in biomedical engineering. BiographyKhoman Phang received his Bachelors, Masters, and Doctoral degrees in electrical engineering at the University of Toronto in 1990, 1992, and 2001 respectively. He was a visiting researcher at Sony in Tokyo, Japan, in 1993 where he helped develop a prototype CDMA cellular telephone. From 1994 to 1995, he was an engineer at IBM Microelectronics working on a line of infrared wireless networking products. He is currently a Senior Lecturer in the Edward S. Rogers Senior Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Toronto. His interests include analog integrated circuits, optical communication systems, and integrated circuits for biomedical applications. |
