Antique Rogers Radio (circa 1940/1941)


Distinguishing Features
Rogers push-button automatic tuning was launched in 1939. The Metal-Spray
Tubes which are seen in the chassis appeared in 1935. The particular logo
in the tuning window was in use by Rogers Radios in 1940/41, after the death
of Rogers Sr. but before the company was sold to Phillips, at which time
they began using Rogers-Majestic on the faceplates.
