hwctr_orp.tar.gz - Our modified
version of the Intel Open Runtime Platform Java Virtual Machine. It uses
hardware counters (via the PCL library) in an attempt to improve the
decision of when to dynamically recompile code. Our additions /
modifications are surrounded by comments such as:
