Research

My research program strives to extend the rate, reach, and reliability of our communication links – whether they are between a satellite and an earthbound receiver, or between two integrated circuits just a few millimetres apart.  Specifically, we develop integrated electronic systems that process information at high speeds.  Projects combine signal processing concepts with integrated circuit design.  Visit our IC Design Gallery for some recent examples.
