Format of Final Project Report
Basic Guidelines
- Should be approximately 8 - 10 pages. Must not exceed 15 pages. Must not be less than 6 pages.
- Use the ACM format found here
- Due on or before December 6, 2001 as a hardcopy, .ps, or .pdf (I must be able to read it)
What should be in it
The final report should include most of the following sections, or
be very similar in format:
- Introduction: Motivation, an overview of project, and the key results.
- Related Work: Overview of similar projects and background material
- Details of Project: What did you do and how did you do it
- Results: What were the results of your project
- Conclusion: Restatement of important results and conclusions that can be drawn from them
- References: Bibliography of papers you've referred to
