I am a computer engineer. I received my BASc from the University of Waterloo in 2006 and my MASc from the University of Toronto in 2008.
My research interest involves application acceleration through the use of FPGA and automatic hardware generation. For my Masters research, I created a generator to automatically create hardware to solve linear system of equations for any FPGA. Designs created for FPGA are often fixed to the specific platform because of the memory architectures. The generator can create customized designs for the target FPGA platform while maximizing performance.
