The talk presents an overview of the facilities provided by the Emerging Communication Technology Institute (ECTI). Facilities such as computer network labs, microwave circuit and device test assemblies, as well as a clean room fabrication facility for micro- and nano- device prototyping are all examples of the capabilities provided by the ECTI. In addition, the fashion by which the institute interacts with its academic and industrial partners is discussed.
