Many students have been having problems with filenames
in Maxplus+II in GB144/150. Although Windows95 can handle
long filenames, it seems that when running MaxPlus+II,
you can only see files which fit the old DOS convention
of 8 characters.

To avoid this problem, always use names for your ENTITY
(and .vhd filename) which are 8 characters or less. You
will also need to limit package names to 8 characters;
otherwise MaxPlus+II can't see the internal files which
are created. (eg. nrzi_package is too long.)
