I checked FLEX_EXPAN_B hole number 8 today. It turns out that it is connected
to pin 90 (Dedicated Input 1) not pin 99 as listed on the data sheet.

: I think there may be another error in the pinouts on
: our data sheets.

: For the Flex Expansion busses (all three of them) hole
: number 8 is supposed to correspond to Dedicated Input 1
: (DI1) and pin number 99.
: This is a stark contradiction!!!

: On the Flex10K device data sheets, the pins that are
: listed as being dedicated inputs for 240 pin devices
: are pins 90, 92, 210 and 212. Hmmm...no 99!

: Also pin 99 is supposed to be available on FLEX_EXPAN_A
: at hole number 54. (So why would they put it elsewhere
: as well).

: I haven't been able to check on the actual board
: (somebody locked the door to GB150!) whether hole
: number 8 is connected to pin 99 or pin 90, but I'll
: betcha' dollars to doughnuts that pin 99 IS NOT DI1.
: (I'll also bet that hole number 8 is connected to
: pin 90, the real DI1).

: Anyways, I've attached the Altera website link if you
: want to see for yourself (p.124 of the data book or
: p. 104 of the PDF file).

:
: Jayesh (ahh...details).

: P.S. Hole number 32 on FLEX_EXPAN_C connects to pin 199
: NOT 198 (I don't know if this correction was listed on
: the handout we received). Although this doesn't really
: matter to us since you (probably) aren't using expansion
: bus C.
