All registration types include admission to the opening reception on Monday July 27, and also the banquet boat cruise on Tuesday July 28. Additional tickets for the banquet boat cruise may be purchased for $75.

Visa Letters for Entering Canada

US, EU, Australian, Korean, and Japanese citizens do not require a visa to enter Canada -- only a valid passport is required. For other country-specific requirements, please check: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/index.asp

If you are planning to attend ASAP 2015 and you are from a country that requires a visa to visit Canada, the conference organizers will provide an invitation letter. You should send the following information to the ASAP 2015 General Chair: janders@ece.toronto.edu

Your full name and citizenship (your name should exactly match that in your passport)
IEEE number, if member
Paper number and Title, if presenter/author
Address to mail letter
A confirmation that you have registered for the conference
