There are actually 49 pins available. The pins marked DI1/99
and so on are dual-use pins. During configuration they are
used to download the configuration bitstream, but after
configuration of the FPGA they can be used as normal I/Os --
in the case above, I/O pin #99 for example. This is just
enough pins to do the lab.
